When we’re not guiding tours of the Cotswolds, we’re available for Cotswolds minibus hire for private day trips and transfers. Our availability for private hire is usually better in the winter.

Our four smart, executive-class 17-seater Mercedes minibuses are ideal for larger groups of 6 or more people, where a standard car or 8-seater minivan would be too small.

  • We take great pride in our spacious, well maintained vehicles, which all have comfortable reclining seats, air conditioning and heating. We have lots of luggage space too!
  • Go Cotswolds is a registered public service vehicle (PSV) operator with a standard national operator’s license issued by the Office of the Transport Commissioner. Please beware of rogue operators acting without a licence!

What we DON'T do

As we are primarily a guided tour company, there are some jobs that we don’t consider, sorry. These include:

  • Self-drive minibus hire – try Evesham Self-Drive, or Robinson Goss Car & Van Hire instead.
  • Short-hop taxi-style journeys of less than 1 hours’ drive – try a local taxi company instead
  • Wedding transport, hen/stag parties, football matches
  • Self-drive minibus hire – traLate nights/early morningsy Evesham Self-Drive, or Robinson Goss Car & Van Hire instead.

For short journeys, it’s usually more cost-effective to use a local taxi service, even if you need several cars to accommodate your group.

Please note, we are based in Stratford-upon-Avon, so we are unlikely to be a cost-effective option for transport from London or the southern Cotswolds.

Private hire vs. private tours

Our private minibus hire is offered on a transport-only basis. Though some of our drivers are also tour guides, not all of them are. If you would prefer a private guided tour, then please see our Private Tour options.

Availability

Our hours of operation are generally 8am to 6pm – no late nights, sorry.

For private Cotswolds minibus hire, we can provide a door-to-door service.

Departure and drop-off times are flexible according to your itinerary and preferences.

Every minibus hire job is different, so we provide individual quotes. These are based on your departure/drop-off points, group size, vehicle size, inclusions, length of hire, and the places you’d like to go. Drop us a line to make an enquiry!

  • Airport and port transfers – we cover all London airports, as well as Birmingham, East Midlands, Bristol and Manchester airports, and Holyhead and Southampton ports

Sorry, we do not provide wedding shuttle services, or transport for stag/hen parties or football matches. All of our minibuses come with a fully qualified and insured driver, so we do not provide self-drive rental.
