2025 Tripadvisor Best of the Best Award: WINNER
We’re incredibly proud to say that we have been awarded Tripadvisor’s ‘Traveller’s Choice Award’ for 8 out of the previous 10 years (we were still too new to qualify for the award in the first 2 years!).
But in 2025, we went one better.
Tripadvisor’s Best of the Best Award is only awarded to the top 1% of Tripadvisor listings in the WORLD! Our signature Cotswolds in a Day tour received this prestigious accolade for the first time in 2025 – a testament to the hard work of our team, and thanks to our wonderful tour guests for writing such lovely things about us on Tripadvisor!
But there’s more: for the first time ever, our Cotswolds in a Day tour has made it on a Top 20 list – we’re now at #17 in Tripadvisor’s list of ‘Cultural and Historic’ experiences in the whole of the UK! Wow!
2025 West Midlands Tourism Awards SILVER WINNER: Experience of the Year
In March 2025, we were honoured to be a Silver Winner in the Experience of the Year category in the West Midlands Tourism Awards!
We previously won the Gold award in 2023, and received runner-up Bronze awards in 2020 and 2021.
In September 2025, we learned that we have been shortlisted as finalists for the upcoming 2026 West Midlands Tourism Awards, too. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in March 2026.
2025 Stratford Herald Business & Tourism Awards: Finalist, Customer Service Excellence
This year, we have been shortlisted as finalists in the ‘Customer Service Excellence category at the Stratford Herald Business & Tourism Awards. We’re thrilled to be recognised in this way by members of our local business community!
We’re up against some tough competition, including a massage therapist, a large hotel and a womenswear shop which won overall Business of the Year last year, but we’ll find out the result in October 2025.

2024 Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award WINNER
Tripadvisor is the world’s largest and most popular website for travel and hospitality reviews. Winning a Tripadvisor Traveller’s Choice Award is kind of a Big Deal!
Having received the Traveller’s Choice Award (and its previous incarnation, the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence) in 7 previous years, we were over the moon to receive this award again in 2024.

Go Cotswolds has won The Cotswold Award for Best Tour Company a record 8 times in a row, most recently in November 2024. We’re delighted!
2023 Stratford Business & Tourism Awards: Finalist, Family Business of the Year
Having been shortlisted as finalists in previous years, we were delighted to again be shortlisted for the 2023 Awards, in the Family Business of the Year category.
Unfortunately, we didn’t scoop the top prize, but we had a great night at the Awards Ceremony in October 2023 and were delighted to cheer on so many other fantastic local businesses.
2023 Family Business Awards: Finalist, Digital Excellence
We spent our locked-down time in 2020 wisely, and invested in new digital processes for our business. These included a new, easy-to-use booking system to improve our customers’ experiences, and digital transport management software to streamline our minibus operation.
Thanks to these developments, and our strong social media presence, Go Cotswolds was a finalist in the Digital Excellence category of the 2023 Family Business Awards.
