West Midlands Tourism Awards winners Go Cotswolds take home Experience of the Year trophy

Go Cotswolds, a leading tour operator based in Stratford-upon-Avon, are the 2023 West Midlands’ Tourism Award winners of the prestigious Experience of the Year award.

The family-run business is recognised for their exceptional customer experience, and for – as one judge commented, “putting its customers at its heart”.

The West Midlands Tourism Awards celebrate the very best in tourism across the region and the Experience of the Year award is one of the most highly coveted. The award was presented to Go Cotswolds at a glittering ceremony held at the Grand Station venue in Wolverhampton on March 16th, 2023.

Founded in 2014 by Tom Benjamin, Go Cotswolds offers small group tours of the Cotswolds, providing visitors with an authentic and immersive experience of this stunning region. The tours are led by knowledgeable and friendly guides, including Tom himself, who are passionate about the Cotswolds and share their insights on local history, culture and nature.
