I can’t believe it’s October already!
Summer 2019 has absolutely flown by, and what a fabulous one it has been for Go Cotswolds! As well as touring in our lovely new minibus, and taking the one and only Rick Steves on a private tour of the Cotswolds back in July, we’re thrilled to report that almost every single one of our 4-weekly Cotswolds Day Tours sold out this summer!
But now, with fewer tourists around, less reliable weather conditions and shorter daylight hours, we move to our off-peak tour schedule. Between October and mid-December 2019, and again between mid-February and April 2020, we drop our Thursday Cotswolds Day Tours and operate tours three days a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Our Purity Brewery & Cotswolds Pub Tour still runs on the first Saturday of each month throughout the winter, except for January and February.
The extra day in the office will give us a chance to breathe a little after such a busy summer, as well as to plan and prepare for the exciting things that 2020 will bring! One of those exciting things is that, as of May 2020, we will be running FIVE tours per week, yippee!
Our last tour of this year is on Sunday 22nd December 2019. After the Christmas and the New Year festivities, we take our annual winter break during January and early February 2020, and tours will resume on Sunday 23rd February 2020.
But if you’re already planning your 2020 vacation, don’t worry, tickets for our tours are available to buy on our website right now, right through until the end of 2020!
